The delegation from Yaroslavl presented innovative achievements of the region at the agricultural exhibition 'Golden Autumn'. Appomart, commissioned by the government of the Yaroslavl region, in collaboration with the gastronomic farm 'Popov Lug', has developed and launched the pilot IT project 'Digital Farmer'. The 'Digital Farmer' will make the process of purchasing eco-products from the farm more transparent and accessible. The initial idea of the project is to raise animals on the farm and provide subscribers with the products produced by these animals.

On the 'Digital Farmer' website, users can choose and purchase an animal, and then monitor the feeding and care process of the animal online. The implementation of this project will allow farmers to find buyers, and consumers will be able to consume environmentally friendly products.

From October 10th to 13th, at the 'Golden Autumn' exhibition, the Governor of the Yaroslavl region, Dmitry Mironov, presented the project to the Prime Minister of Russia, Dmitry Anatolyevich Medvedev. According to the Governor, Dmitry Anatolyevich highly appreciated the 'Digital Farmer' project.

Vladimir Cherny, the CEO of Appomart, personally witnessed the interest in the project and conducted discussion sessions with participants of the agro-industrial complex (APK). Agreements were reached on strategic cooperation with Appomart and the further digitization of individual enterprises.

We would like to acknowledge the effective work of Valery Viktorovich Kholodov, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Yaroslavl region, who proudly presented the 'Digital Farmer' project, conducted discussion sessions, and successfully signed contracts.

We have noticed a high level of interest in the project from farms and agro-industrial companies. We have identified real needs of industry representatives, which allows us to create a modified version of a comprehensive solution that increases sales in the agro-industry and enhances transparency for consumers.

With the support of the government, together with the gastronomic farm 'Popov Lug', we plan to further develop the project.
